DVNX Capital strives to achieve more diversity and a higher degree of inclusion across all levels of its institution. The entity has consistently invested and participated in training courses to support its workers in achieving the best practice and employement standards.

Our management team has successfully functioned and kept the turnover at DVNX Capital at low levels. This created a high amount of synergies across our business units, which created the opportunity for our employees to develop various skills and achieve a higher diversity within our organization

Equity & Environment

In 2019 DVNX Capital launched an initiative to reduce the environmental effect of its operations by lowering its electricity and total energy consumption. This initiative also involved DVNX in enhancing its recycling activities and switching entirely to the usage of energy from renewable sources. DVNX Capital is also actively participating in investment activities that are designed to achieve a net zero by 2050. In addition, the company plans to divest all its fossil fuel assets by 2030.

DVNX Capital has been consistently involved in promoting equity standards and values within its organization. The company has been granted numerous awards and recognitions for encouraging people from the most diverse backgrounds to apply for high-level positions within the company.
